Can I cancel at anytime? (Am I entitled to a refund?

Under our 30 Day Money back guarantee we will refund the full amount paid, including the setup fee, no reason necessary, although it would be appreciated.

If you decide to terminate our hosting contract mid term, we will refund the remaining portion of the term minus the 30 days notice. If you would like the refund sent via a wire transfer or a foreign currency cheque, a fee will also be deducted for that service. A cheque written on an Australian Cheque in Australian Dollars will not incur a fee.

CBServers does not have the facility to refund a portion of your payment via your credit card.
